When I first began writing and marketing on the Internet in a serious sense, I decided to conduct an experiment. I decided to find out how web designers subsequently tackled the issue of marketing on behalf of their clients.

I searched Google and Yellow Pages and contacted a number of local website designers. I gave them a fictitious tale about being a plumber wanting to obtain his own business website. All were delighted to provide me with quotes for their services but when I subsequently enquired of each of them how they would then go about marketing my site to ensure it was seen, all gave me virtual blank stares.

I have since built my business around this failing and recently created the following site to try to educate and help others, naturally without giving away any of my "Secrets!"
