Should This Be Allowed On Any Marketplace like JVZOO?

Hello Everybody:
I was going to buy a product that is being listed on JVZOO but when I was about to purchase I realized that it says that it's a monthly subscription. When you check their sales page it says that it is 67 one time for limited time promotional period and is going to be monthly subscription.
I wanted to let the seller know about this through the sales page website and I clicked on contact page but to no avail. It takes me to the sales page again and as soon as it refreshes it starts playing videos which I don't want to hear.
I wanted to let the JVZOO people know about this so that they can let the vendor know about this mistake but again there is not an option to let them know without buying the product.
Don't you think that every affiliate marketplace such as JVZOO should check the vendor's sales page if the links are working ok, the prices are right and not deceiving the customers. And if something is not right then they should not allow the vendor to sell their product or service.
Should there not be any standard for the vendors to follow if they want to sell their products or services.
