Why Some Internet Marketing Programs Are Better Than Others
Internet Marketing programs are a dime a dozen. On any given day, at any given hour of the day, I receive a number of Internet income program offers in my email and each one proclaims itself to be the best one ever.
So many of the plans I receive promise that they are different, that they have overcome all the failings of all of the programs that came before them, that they have discovered the secret, the magic bullet, and that you can throw everything else away and just follow their new, improved plan for guaranteed Internet success.
There is one thing that every one of those programs have in common, no matter what the plan writers or the promoting marketers tell you about how “different” their program is.
And there is one particular reason why some Internet Marketing programs are better than others.
First, the thing that every marketing plan has in common is the fact that you as the marketing affiliate have to do your job to market the plan. Despite what the plan writers and the marketing gurus try to tell you, the plan just does not somehow magically get marketed and promoted by itself. You still have to market and advertise and promote it somehow, someway to drive traffic to the website or affiliate page or landing page or whatever it is that is supposed to do the selling for you.
When a marketing guru or promoter tells you that everything is done for you, they aren’t talking about the marketing part. They are talking about creating the product and the marketing aids, like landing pages, lead capture pages, banner and text ads, email and social marketing scripts and so on.
What they carefully try to avoid telling you is that you will actually have to do some work to make it work. You will have to learn and apply ways to get traffic. They will provide you with training and recommendations, but you will have to do the footwork yourself. Or pay someone to do it.
But the gurus aren’t going to “do it all for you”, otherwise why would they need you?
Now, let me spell out the key reason why some Internet income plans are better than others: Y-O-U
Online marketing plans are a dime a dozen, as I’ve already mentioned, but what truly makes a particular plan different, and what makes it work, is you: your commitment, your enthusiasm, your determination to learn the plan inside-out, backwards and forwards and in your sleep, and then to apply the plan effectively and develop yourself into the kind of leader that inspires others.
The problem is that the majority of wannabe Internet Marketers are looking for the easy way, the quick way, the way that involves the least amount of effort, commitment and responsibility. So, they keep chasing every new promise that comes down the line and keep shelling out money for plans that guarantee that they will do it all for you.
And what do they discover time and time again? That they still have to do the marketing, the promoting and the advertising to make the plan work. But do they ever learn? Many don’t, but some do eventually.
I know. I’ve been there. Fortunately, after getting a lot of "experience" and then, after paying attention to what successful marketers do to be successful, I finally began to see what that “secret element” to success is, and in all cases it comes down to the individual, their focus, their commitment and their enthusiasm.
The great thing is, once you realize this and can settle yourself down to focus on one program and make a commitment to making it a success, then it doesn’t really matter which program it is. Choose any of the good solid Internet Marketing programs available and you will be on your way to success and achievement.
