Tips for a Successful Internet Business in 2013
I write about this more completely in my home business blog post, Resolve to Make 2013 Your Year for Internet Success, but here is the condensed version for Warrior Forum members.
This is the time of year when many people make New Year’s resolutions and re-examine their goals and plans for the coming year. It is very, very important for you to do this for your marketing activities if you hope to build a successful Internet business this year.
In the blog post mentioned above, I suggest five things you should do to enhance your chances for success. Here they are, in brief:
1. Resolve to make Internet Marketing success your goal. I’m talking about making it a top priority, a primary focus and a serious commitment.
2. Determine a specific income target. Clearly defined goals are much more powerful.
3. Draw up a detailed plan of action. Figure out how much income you want to earn by the hour or by the day and then calculate exactly how many sales you will need each day or each hour to meet your income goal. Once you know the number of sales you will need, you can determine the actions necessary to generate those sales and you can build your action plan around that information.
4. Take a hard look at your present marketing program or opportunity. Does it have the potential for the level of success that you desire? If so, then build your action plan around it and give it everything you’ve got. On the other hand, if it seems to fall short of your needs and expectations, now might be a good time to find something better and make a change.
5. Identify one or two leaders in your chosen marketing opportunity and seek some form of training or mentoring from them.
