A considerable amount of attention has been given to a website but the name of Periscope, a live video streaming application provided by Twitter. It gained notoriety when it was featured in many prominent news stories during a highly televised fight in which people were able to watch this pay-per-view event for free. Video broadcasting has become very popular, allowing users to see live video streams that are shared on a moments notice. It can be anything from someone watching someone walking a dog, done in real time, just as you would see on a live newscast.

Here are five tips that you can use in order to take advantage of Periscope, this live video streaming application from Twitter. It goes far beyond allowing people to create small videos that can be posted at a later time, utilizing the brand new approach of allowing people to film and distribute live video.
