Are each of the components of your content strategy clearly defined & resourced?
Do you have a written Content Strategy document/plan?
Do you have staff with the correct skills & knowledge to implement your plan?
Do you know which topics of content you want to produce?
Do you know which topics of content your target audience(s) want?
Do you know which formats your target audience want their content to be supplied in?
Do you know why you and your audience wants those topics?
Do you know why they want those formats?
Do you have a business case for supplying those topics in those formats?
Do you know where you will source/produce the content?
Where you will store your content ensuring latest versions always available?
Do you have a Content Schedule and publishing schedule already in place?
Do you know when your content will be produced and published and how often?
Do you know when it needs to be revised and updated and how often?
Do you know who will be responsible for producing your content?
Do you know who will be responsible for managing/updating your content?
Do you know who will be responsible for promoting your content?
Do you have an online marketing strategy for sharing & distributing your content?
Do you have a mobile marketing strategy for sharing & distributing your content?
Do you have a social media marketing strategy for sharing & distributing your content ?
Do you have a technical solution in place for managing and syndicating your content ?
Do you have the relevant skilled people in place to maintain your technical solution?
Do you know how many users will access, use or engage with your content?
Do you have Digital Assets already created, on your preferred topic(s)?
Do you know how you will "deliver" those digital assets to your target audience(s)?
Do you know how you should present them for maximum engagement?
Do you wish things to continue the way they are at the moment?
Have you given up in wanting to fix your social media marketing problems?
