I don't know how much people actually read blogs but I thought I would just post something, here.

I recently read that January 31 is the most depressive day of the year. It wasn't just some silly article where they make crap up (you do see that a lot in the news these days), it was an actual psychological study of when people felt the most depressed throughout the year.

So when's the worst part of the year for the majority of people? 8 p.m., January 31.

We could theorize many reasons for this, as the article did not give definite causation, just stated the results of their study for when, not the why.

Perhaps it's the end of the month and you are realizing that some of your resolutions didn't work out and you are going nowhere just like before.

Buck up. Have hope. Positive thoughts breed positive energy. Believe in yourself. Quit worrying so much. Put one foot in front of the other and keep going. Everything else will fall into place as it will.

I suppose I could make this a thread but I'll just leave it here for now. I'm "blogging" here on WF, ha ha.

Don't get bogged down with negative thoughts. That's not how you are going to get where you need to go. Look around you, ya you seem some failure stories but there's plenty of success stories on this forum, as well. Have some patience and make yourself one of them.
