Naturally, this blog is going to be about how to make money online. What else would I be writing about here? There's no plan or purpose though. Just a place to share some insights every now and then when I've got more to say than I can fit in a forum post.

I love to use Google Adwords PPC advertising in all my internet marketing campaigns because it works and it works fast. In fact, after doing your market research and keyword research, you should only need to take about 10 minutes to set up a Google Adwords campaign and build your online business.

Only using Google Adwords can you get your ads up and running almost instantly and despite what most people think Google Adwords clicks don’t have to be expensive. In many cases $0.10 is seriously enough to bid to get you started. I get plenty of clicks, even in competitive markets at this price point.

This is particularly relevant if you use the content network and if you optimize your ad copy and landing page content for the keywords you are targeting in your ad groups. Having your ads slip off the first page isn’t the end of the world. In fact, sometimes I’ve found that being off the first page to start with means that you CTR goes up and the clicks you do get while you optimize your ad are very targeted because you are getting clicks from users who are sure about what they are looking for, rather than taking a hit and miss approach to their search.

Other reasons I favor Google over other PPC advertising options is that traditionally Google users have been a technically savvy group who are comfortable with buying on line. Also Adwords produces almost instant results and allows you to target a tight geographical area. Google also rewards you for ad and landing page quality and relevance.

Another good reason why I use Google Adwords is that generally, and without sophisticated software, your competitors cannot see your bidding and keyword strategies. This can help you to stay one step ahead if you are serious about optimizing your Adwords campaigns.

Using Google Adwords will help you get out in front of your target market fast and effectively, without spending a lot of money.
