"Picking things up and putting them down" (Sometimes)

I was in the gym yesterday “picking things up and putting them down” and started to think about something. If someone follows this pattern:
-Goes to the gym for 4 days
-Misses 3 days
-Goes to the gym for 2 days
-Misses 2 days
-Goes to the gym 6 days
-Misses 8 days
Do you think that there will be a lot of results with a schedule like this? I don’t believe so. The consistency is just not there and the momentum is not built for success in the plan of action and purpose of going to the gym.
The same holds true for your business. If you take action 10 days straight and then you miss 4 days, take action for 3 days, and miss 3 days, and so on and then you get mad or upset because the results are not what you want; there is a problem here with YOU.
Consistency and the momentum that this creates is a powerful force that cannot be stopped once in full motion.
