Just emptying my mind!
A rant about faking it

If there's something I absolutely hate about our wondrous world of internet marketing, and specially this forum, it's the disgusting habit of people doing the 'fake it till you make it' trick.
Really? Are you frickin kidding me?
I just don't understand why you would ever do that. It's completely unethical in every way. But we seem to tolerate this in our internet marketing niche.
Why?
Imagine people doing this in other environments.
You don't want a doctor with fake degrees, or a dentist, or a lawyer, or anything for that matter!
Although I think it can be a very powerful psychological tool for people with low confidence, I refuse to give it a spot in the marketing world.
But we seem to put up with it here, as we also do with hyped up salespage that promise you the world and a turtle...
For example, I just received a mail from a well-known internet marketer. A self proclaimed 'guru' so to speak.
"How I made $30.000 in 4 days and how you can too"
Let's just think about this for a second.
This person probably has a list of tens of thousands of people, he's been in the business for years, knows all the other 'gurus', ...
I'm not saying he's full of sh*t, I'm just saying it's not something a newbie can emulate.
Anyway, all this negativity is not my usual style, and is not something I will start doing.
Just had to get this rant of my chest, and what place better to do this than on the warriorforum.
Yes, that was irony...
Anyway, if you want to read a more positive note, go check out my newest blogpost. It's a very personal post, enjoy!
