How An Attitude Of Gratitude Can Improve Your Life

Hi Guys - Thanks for stopping by - after a brief chat with a friend of mine a few days back I felt compelled to write this little piece about having an ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE.
I want to start with the the old saying that "when you think you got it bad there's always someone else worse off"
Just think of all those war torn countries or places where people are experiencing extreme poverty and hunger and you must agree that you are in a better place.
This ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE is the mind set that I invoke when those not so helpful thoughts and feelings creep into my life.
Our thoughts are what create our lives so it goes without saying that the more positive we remain in our thoughts the more positive our life experiences must be.
Now off course, I'm not in your lives so I can't comment on, or possibly know what challenges you may be experiencing - but what I do know is that no matter how big or small the challenge is that you face - I guarantee that if you simply commit to the following 5 steps, with constant practice your life, business and financial affairs will improve exponentially
Step 1: When a negative feeling, situation or emotion emerges - simply use your mind (thoughts) to fantasize about something better - be GRATEFUL for something right now! Anything!
Step 2: Write down 101 things that you are GRATEFUL for in your life right now! i.e.
I am happy and GRATEFUL because.......
Read and review your list daily maybe last thing at night before you go to sleep.
Step 3: Every morning upon waking and every night before going to bed for about 15 minutes Visualize/Fantasize about the positive things/life that you are co-creating with your higher self and enjoy the process.
Step 4: Say "Thank You" Immediately acknowledge a great situation, feeling, person or emotion by saying these two little words "Thank You"
Step 5: Let Go - Relax, smile and just know that everything is going to be OK
These are the very steps that I took to improve my life and exponentially grow my business and income
Like your muscles during exercise they only get stronger if you train them - So start exercising you ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE
