As many of you are aware, I was mentored by Clayton Makepeace. And lately I've received quite a few e-mails asking me if I also take on copy cubs.

Unfortunately, the answer is: "Not at this time."

I do plan to have a copy cub system in place by next year. And at that time, I'll screen potential copy cubs by reviewing their resumes/CVs, samples, and/or having them complete a sample assignment.

In the meantime, I do offer a few options for the aspiring copywriter:

1. Copywriting Critiques

Each month, I offer a limited number of (very) in-depth copywriting critiques. My usual rate is $750 per critique, but any Warrior Forum member can get one for $500.

In each critique, I go through the entire piece from offer to order device. I analyze each and every component, tell you what works and what doesn't, and offer suggestions on how you can improve the piece.

You won't find me sugar-coating anything, because that won't help you. But as one marketer told me, I also won't leave you wanting to give up and put a gun to your head.

My copy critiques are a great way to get occasional help when you need it. Just remember I offer only a few of these each month -- and on a first-come, first-serve basis.

If interested, shoot me a PM or e-mail me at: copycrits@gmail.com.

2. Monthly Coaching

I also have a limited number of openings for 1-on-1 coaching. Providing you get in, each month you receive two 90-min. phone consultations and one in-depth copy critique. Plus, I'll also provide quick answers to additional questions by e-mail in case you get stuck (no more than one per day).

My standard fee for this is $1,500 per month, but any Warrior Forum members can get in for $1,000 per month regardless. Again, openings are limited.

If interested, shoot me a PM or e-mail me at: copycrits@gmail.com.

3. Talk to John Carlton.

I talked with the folks over at John Carlton's office to see if they're taking copy cubs, and it turns out John does have a Cub Stable Writing program.

It's not for everyone. With a very few exceptions, John only accepts copywriters with many years of success ($1,000,000 plus in total sales generated) or students from his Simple Writing System Coaching Program.

Not always, though -- occasionally a writer can work his or her way up through the ranks, and may be able to get small jobs through the Stable.

If interested, you can get all the details at: John Carlton's Stable of Copywriters

Hope this helps!

    Hey, Warriors!

I hate to say it, but I'll be suspending my coaching services for a few months. Not that I don't love helping out -- I just don't have the room in my schedule.

I'll let you know when I can resume coaching. In the meantime, best wishes for big profits!
