Webinars are a great way to market your products and services to a captive
audience, they are on the webinar with you, focused on what you are presenting and
if a presentation is done well, then sales should roll in.

The problem is though, how do you fill a webinar? It’s not worth running a full
60-minute, 90 minute or even 2-hour webinar if there’s no one on the other end
watching it!

So here are some PROVEN ways to BOOK OUT your webinars, some you may
already know while others will be new to you…

Tip 1: Get Your Marketing Right

I know this really isn’t a TRAFFIC generation mechanism but it is the MOST
IMPORTANT part of booking out a webinar. If you TRULY want to FILL your
WEBINAR then you need to ensure that your marketing CONVERTS.

Using the methods outlined below you’ll send THOUSANDS of visitors to
your site but if your marketing isn’t COMPELLING then you just won't BOOK
OUT. So when you put together your MARKETING make sure that you use
elements like LIMITED POSITIONS, COMPELLING PROMISES, and MYSTERY
AND INTRIGUE.

I could write a whole blog post just on this one element as in my opinion it’s
the NUMBER ONE thing that marketers get wrong. They focus too much on
traffic when they should be focusing on CONVERTING that traffic.

Tip 2: Facebook Pages & Events

Facebook just tipped over 1 billion users in the last few weeks so it’s
most certainly a MAJOR element in ANY MARKETING that you are doing.
Specifically when filling your webinar you can look at doing 2 things on
Facebook…

…The first thing is to set up an EVENT on Facebook and have you and your
friends INVITE all of their contacts to that event. You can also post links to
the event in your timeline and on your Pages.

…The second thing you can do is search for RELATED Pages and contact the
PAGE ADMIN of that PAGE and ask them to promote the event for you. Now
here you may need to offer some kind of incentive to make them promote,
something like a reciprocal promotion may be best.

Tip 3: Joint Ventures

Anyone who’s tried to fill webinars before will tell you that the NUMBER ONE
way to generate MASS TRAFFIC is to use Joint Ventures. A joint venture is
where you approach someone who has a RELEVANT list of email subscribers
to your niche.

You then engage that person to PROMOTE your WEBINAR to their LIST in
return for either a commission on product sales or a reciprocal promotion
made to that list.

To find Join Venture partners you can do a simple Google Search on
keywords related to your niche. Then visit sites from the search results and
if the sites have EMAIL LIST FORMS then contact the site owner.

Tip 4: Twitter

Twitter is still growing steadily and is a major player in SOCIAL MEDIA and
in my experience it’s been a great way of VIRALLY growing your WEBINAR
attendees.

The best way to do this is to ENCOURAGE your current attendees ONCE
they’ve registered to share a message VIA TWITTER with a link to the
registration page that they’ll be attending.

This simple action will turn each of your webinar registrants into
PROMOTERS for your business and webinar. If each attendee can help
recruit one or two more registrants you now have a VIRAL WEBINAR
MARKETING CAMPAIGN.

Another great way to use twitter is to target twitter USERS in your NICHE
with large FOLLOWERS and ask them to promote your WEBINAR via twitter.

Now these are just 4 of a LONG LIST of tactics that I could share with you on
PROMOTING YOUR WEBINAR. The key thing for you to understand is that SUCCESS
with your webinar can be achieved with JUST THESE 4 techniques.

While there are many more I could teach you, if you focus on these 4 success will
come!
