How Much can You get Done in 1 Hour?

Productivity is critical in this business, but its so hard with all the distractions. Cell phone, email, messaging, etc.
In high school and college I got good grades but was a famous procrastinator. Sort of learned that if I put the studying off just long enough, I was amazingly productive with the limited time I had remaining.
While I don't recommend that strategy, I did take some keys away from it. Zero distraction, 100% focus, and wow could I knock out a bunch of work in a short period of time. Serves me well these days.
Little tricks - cell phone in another room, log out of email, messaging and Facebook. 1 break every hour, usually just for fresh air. Solid results if I stuck to that plan.
As I've interviewed some hyper successful marketers, they agree that their ability to focus is primarily what has led to their success. Something to think about.
