Build a list! of email subscribers!

I tell all my customers they should be focusing on building a list in their niche.
The list is about collecting a list of subscribers, emailing them an email series (10-15), some content, some promotions (to an affiliate product if you don't have your own), some articles, to get interactive.
I think you would be able to write your own content (as you are a writer),
-a squeeze page is easy to make (check mine in the WSOs)
-It can be in any niche you are interested, dating, debt, dog training (there are many affiliate clickbank products out there)
You can make money with the list! you are leaving money on the table.
TIP 1: Create a report on some tips in your particular niche, the tips helping to solve the problem.
Eg, 5 dieting tips, how to gain confidence in 7 steps, etc, where they have to optin for it. You will need an auto responder account (aweber) and a squeeze page, but even if you get 30-100 subscribers from the WSO, it is better than nothing?
You can make money with the list! you are leaving money on the table. You should seriously consider doing this, it is one idea that should not be ignored, any help you need, you can ask me.
TIP 2: Youu can also write your own emails if you are a writer.
TIP 3: Choose a niche with a problem (debt issues for example), write 100 articles (as you are a writer), submit to EZINE ARTICLES, point the signature resource link to a Squeeze page selling a "debt relief FREE REPORT", which you can get subscribers and a list from. These will be targeted customers too, as the have come from articles related to debt.
Think about it, in 1 year you could have 2000-4000 Subscribers....when you send out one Broadcast promotion email with aweber (one email written and the email gets SENT with 1 click) to that list of 4000, you will get a Spike of profits!
List building is the goldmine in Internet marketing and kicks the crap out of anything else.
the best part is, you are a writer so you can know how to write your emails, or articles, and a squeeze page copy isn't that hard.
(i encourage all marketers to make a list, if they aint doing so already)
