How To Set Up an Autoresponder Series in Aweber

If you are looking for a good autoresponder software, then Aweber should be the one you should go for considering its many features and popularity. It makes communication with your opt-in subscriber list easy. Here are the steps to setup an autoresponder in Aweber:
1. Go to the aweber website and login using your credentials.
2) Import your list of emails and contacts; this option is present under the subscriber's tab.
3) If you have multiple lists in Aweber, choose the one with which you want to create the autoresponder series.
4) Click on the Messages tab which is present on the top of the webpage and click on the "Follow Up" link.
5) The first message in a series is the autoresponder and the other items following it are the "Follow Up Messages." You can move these messages up and down or reorder them by using the click and drag feature.
6) Press the "Add Message" button (this will create the first message).
7) You can choose the message type to be either plain text or HTML. If you have the message already typed somewhere else, you can also copy and paste it in the box provided.
8) Fill the subject line of the message.
9) You can set the time interval between two subsequent messages.
10) Clicking the click tracking box will allow you to keep track of the number of referrals from the email.
11) Select a template for the message.
12) Fill the information for the personalization fields.
13) You can also attach files that you want to be sent with the message.
14. The preview button will allow you to see how the message looks. Take some time to proof read the message.
15. Save the message and repeat this process till you have added all the messages in the series.
