Who Is Nancy Anderson

My name is Nancy Anderson and I live in sunny Melbourne Beach, Florida with my wonderful husband, Karl. Melbourne Beach is situated on a ½ mile wide strip of land East of Melbourne, Florida, that forms a barrier between the Atlantic Ocean and the Florida mainland. The Indian River to the West (between Melbourne Beach and Melbourne, Florida) is the second body of water that makes this stretch of land an Island. We are blessed to see beautiful sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean and gorgeous sunsets over the Indian River.
I grew up in Spring Lake, Michigan, spending most of my time in the lake in the summer or on the lake in the winter. When I wasn’t in or on the lake, I read every book I could; we came home from the library each week with a stack of books. All through high school and college I was known as an Oboist and English horn player. I recently decided to renew my musical identity, and have joined a local orchestra. I am enjoying the music immensely; it is invigorating to renew my musical identity again.
I attended North Park College in Chicago, Nyack College in Nyack, NY and SUNY, Plattsburgh, NY. I have a BA in Philosophy with a Sociology minor, an MS in Counseling, A Certificate of Advanced Standing in Counseling, and an MS in Educational Administration. I also hold New York certifications for School Counselor, School Administrator, and School District Administrator.
During my working career, my life was dedicated to improving the quality of education to students in New York State. My positions ranged from Assistant Teacher in a preschool, to music teacher, to School Guidance Counselor, to Associate in the New York State Education Department (supervising Boards of Cooperative Educational Services and Registering High Schools), to Assistant Superintendent of Schools.
I left the field of education to pursue my life-long dream of sailing. My love (my husband, Karl) and I sailed and lived aboard our 43’ Pan Oceanic sailboat, sailing as far North as Albany, New York, and as far South as Porto Cabello, Venezuela. I must say that the reality was even greater than the dreams. The only reason we stopped sailing was because of my medical problems, caused by a botched back surgery. At least we were able to pursue much of our dream, even though we never sailed to Europe, we have been blessed to experience many wonderful sailing and diving adventures.
When my health stabilized a bit and the bills kept rolling in, I realized our retirement would quickly be depleted, and decided to try my hand at making money online. Needless to say, there was much more to making a living online than the internet promoters would have us believe. I will discuss the how and why in greater detail in later posts.
I have some additional information that defines who I am: First and foremost, I am a Christian. I believe God exists, that He loves us, that Jesus died for us, and that He plays an active role in everyday life. As a Christian, I believe my primary purpose in life is to help make life better for others. In the case of Internet Marketing, I believe it is my calling to do everything I can to help others succeed in their Internet Marketing efforts.
