Healthy Hummus Recipe

INGREDIENTS
2 Cans Garbanzo Beans
1/2 Cup Tahini
1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
3-5 Medium Garlic Cloves: (depending on your desired level of spiciness)
Sea Salt (to taste)
Cayenne pepper
Olive Oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Drain 1 can Garbanzo beans and drain about 1/3 of the liquid from the 2nd can and pour into food processor.
Add Lemon Juice, Tahini and Garlic Cloves and Sea Salt.
Process hummus to desired smoothness: (if you think the hummus is to thick for your liking you can add a little water until you achieve desired consistency)
Sprinkle with Cayenne ( or not ) and drizzle with olive oil and serve.
