CARDIO DAY: This is what I consider an easy day!
Start your workout with a stretching routine to warm up your muscles and help you avoid injury.
Stretching also has numerous benefits including some of the following:
Helps to reduce soar and achy muscles.
Improves blood flow.
Improves flexibility and range of motion.
DAY THREE
Do anyone of the following exercises for 20-30 minutes
Run / Jog
Swim
Bike
Walk

Strengthens your heart
Lowers blood pressure
