Who Else Loves Online Marketing

Online Marketing has become so much more to me than just something I do on my Days off! It has become that thing that drives me. When I first got into online marketing I was amazed at HOW HARD IT REALLY IS! Not that I don't enjoy the challenge, but it blew me away that I couldn't just throw a website up, and then poof make money... It definitely does not work like that.
I was out there floundering for a year and a bit trying to figure out exactly what this online marketing secret was.. You know what I found out? There is no secret, the truth is you have to Treat your online marketing like a business! I have known and know many business people. They don't spend just a few minutes a day on their business. They spend every free moment they have their first couple of years on their business.
They work hard, they hardly take any time off, and they focus on the goal at hand. This is the secret to online marketing as well. It is important to learn a lot of things. It is also important to NOT waste your money on ridiculous products and software that promise thousands of FREE visitors.. You get what you pay for when you do that, and it doesn't help you at all.
When I talk about the Secret to marketing I am only referring to the fact that you are required to put some work into your online success. This will not happen overnight, and once you realize that then you will be better off.
Celebrate the small victories and face the big challenges head on. Learn how to market YOU don't worry about selling things, that comes later. Get people to know who YOU are and then when they trust you, they will buy from you, the same things they were going to buy from somewhere else they will come to you because they KNOW you. That is my biggest piece of online marketing advice I have for you today!
