Excellence is the way to go when building a long term, solid, sustainable business.

In this article, I mention twenty-five requirements for excellence. If you don’t use all of them currently, don’t worry about it.
Excellence takes time. It will pay off in a big way.

The requirements are in no particular order. Here's a partial list. Scroll down to the bottom of the post to get the link to the complete article.

10) Focus: avoid distractions, Lord knows there are so many out there.

11) Mentorship: you don’t have all the answers, and you won’t ever. Be coachable.

12) Don’t be afraid of feedback: positive AND negative, as long as it sounds constructive. Empty comments like “it’s crap” are useless, of course.

13) Open mind: You might have not seen something important or very interesting. Don’t jump to conclusions too fast based on what you think of the person speaking to you.

14) Be creative: Avoid clichés. Instead of using the tired old formulas we’ve heard for decades, for example “FEAR = False Evidence Appearing Real”, use your own words.

15) Balance: don’t overdo it with quotes on social media, or throwing links.
