There is one question that pops up over and over...

Should I Hire A Software Development Company That Outsources Its Work To A Third Party?

There are a few problems with hiring a company that outsources its work...

They are merely acting as "brokers."

The company doesn't have ANY expertise in that area... That is WHY they outsource...

Do you really want to trust your work and success to a company that has NO expertise?

They are totally reliant on the outsourcer to perform quality work and be responsive to your needs...

Do you want to wait around for your "broker" to contact his outsourcer to see when he has time in his schedule to do your work?

My personal advice...

The first question you should ask is...

Do you outsource your work or is it done by in-house employees?

If they outsource their work, they cannot give you the personal attention you deserve.... Move along to the next Software Development firm...

Even if they say they don't outsource their work, you'll need to have your Attorney add a section to your contract that expressly forbids them from outsourcing the work along with penalties and termination if they do.

DISCLAIMER:
I'm NOT an Attorney. I don't even play one on TV. Regardless of what you read anywhere, ALWAYS seek the advise of a competent Attorney in your jurisdiction.
