Subject: Consistancy in Writing

Consistency in Writing is Essential For Creating and Maintaining Traffic

Because of the simplicity and prior coverage by other writers this will be a short topic.
To start with it is my feeling that only about 20-25% of your mailings should be for the sale. I know you can do the math but that is only one of four or five writings.
Having said that you can see that it is my opinion that providing value of any sort is ultimately more important than the sale when building your business.

I know that their are some real hot shots that say to mail your list every day, some even say twice a day (seems like overkill or saturation to me)
I feel getting something out daily during the business week is adequate and I try to send something a little more lenghty on Fridays for enjoyment purposes that can be read or viewed at your leasure.
THE GOLDEN KEY
Being consistent is the thing that counts most.
  1. The days you write.
  2. The time of day.
  3. The type of information you produce.
  4. How often you sell your product. Always give more than you ask for.
Once your system is established some will stay and some will unsubscribe. Once your system is established some will stay and some will unsubscribe. If they don't understand or see a system at all they will most assuredly unsubscribe.
I will be the first to admit that even though consistency is very simple in theory it may be the hardest aspect of writing to achieve.

Whether you are writing articles or blogging and you are doing it just three days a week but every week with good original content I think you are on the right track.
Lastly, try to do all of your writing so that is appropriate for articles (400-500 words), blogs, directories and most of all something of value for all of your subscribers.
Note: Remember to submit each writing to only 2-3 publishers or directories (no spamming). Submit to all the social media you want.
Always include in your writings:
Once you have established a consistent pattern your followers can decide whether your system and what you offer is something of value to them. Many will look forward to and even anticipate hearing from you.

  1. Links back to your website.
  2. Contact info you are comfortable giving out.
  3. Your beautiful picture
When submitting to publishers and directories always take the time to do a good job when filling in the info About The Author. This is generally shown at the bottom of your article and is great for establishing credibility.
