Before I discuss about the right mindset, I need to make something very clear to you.

"I can't teach you the right mindset, you need to develop it yourself."

Our world is created twice, the "mental world" and the "physical world". For example building a house. The architect will first draft out the house blueprint in their mind, then the actual house will be build in the physical world.

Meaning whatever world that we're living right now is the result of the creation of our mind in some degree.

You can have the best money making system in the world. But if you have the wrong mindset, the system will be wrongly executed & you'll fail.

I'm going to show you some right mindset now. Remember, I can't teach you the mindset, you need to develop it yourself.
Here goes...

Mindset #1: Have Faith
Always believe in yourself. No matter how long it takes to become success whether weeks, months or even years. Believe in yourself and have faith, it will happen.

Mindset #2: Focus On List Building.
Always think of ways to build your opt in list. You can insert an opt in form in your eBay "About Me" page. Besides selling, you can put a link to your about me page in every single listing.

Another way is to write some guides and submit it to eBay. In every guide, insert a link back to your about me page.

Mindset #3: Concentrate On Feedback Building.
Feedback is your biggest eBay asset. The higher your feedback, the more sales you're going to make. Run some low price auctions, the objective here is not to make money but to build up your feedback ASAP.

I constantly run 30 - 50 one cent auctions every week to build up my feedback.

Mindset #4: Give Superb Customer Service
Always give your 100% when serving customers. This includes:
  • i) answer all email ASAP, preferably within the same day.
  • ii) describe your item as accurate as possible.
  • Iii) ship out your order within the same day if possible.
  • iv) don't overcharge shipping & handling.
  • v) have a 100% FULL money back guarantee.
Follow this religiously and you'll have a happy customer. Happy customer = Repeat customer.

Mindset #5: Always Be Helpful
Sometime you need to give some free advice even though the email you received is not from a paying customer. If you're helpful, it'll build up your online creditability. Who knows he'll become a paying customer in the future.

I've just shared with you the most important mindset that you need to run a successful eBay business. I would strongly recommend you to print this out and put it somewhere that you can view it everyday.

When you feel lost or disappointed, always refer back to these mindset.
