Raising The Bar & Dan Kennedy Interview,
Posted 16th May 2014 at 07:49 AM by simonthewebguy
Hi guys,
Think we all will agree that there is a great deal of knowledge and experience here on the warrior forum and a great place to seek advice or encouragement.
Group dynamics is a fascinating subject and lots of studies done on it, the military being high proficient at getting the best out of everyone even in huge masses
often getting a high level commander like Schwarzkopf to come in and raise the levels of moral and commitment before war it always has a profound effect and some of the british commanders were held with huge respect among the men.
As a member of several groups one thing we all are guilty of is the dreaded “brain glitch” where we come up with an embryonic thought which is not really been around the rotisserie of your mind to explore options and possible flaws yet ,
being human and eager, we immediate send out an email or question to the forume only later to think I could of found that out quickly and easily with a few minute research or the plan was not worth pursuing for whatever reason
I am a firm believer in there never is a dumb question, as if you don’t know you don’t know, so never ever think you should not ask someone , but there is a saying which is especially pertinent in any group or meeting “If you want a better, comprehensive answers, ask a better questions”
looking at the questions on here we can see some real basic questions here, stuff that you could find out from your son, daughter, family or friends or Google within a few minutes research at good resource sites -
now I know that might sound harsh, but before i put stuff out there as a question
I ask myself is it worthy question or can I help solve this myself first?
I mention this point just to help you raise the bar a little on your questions and also for the entire forum as some people are already finding it difficult to Navigate.
One of the best mentors out there and sure anyone who know his work would agree with me here, is Dan Kennedy
his insights are excellent and his clarity is the key to his success he is a very organised person and does not like Chaos in life in business as its counter productive.
Here is an interview which I sincerely hope you will find time to watch and more importantly absorb what he talks about.
We are all very busy some focused, some not yet but learning but no matter at what level
this video will if watched benefit you enormously be aware Dan Kennedy is not as polite as some but this experience and knowledge is pure gold.
