Sometimes no matter how motivated you are your mental gas eventually runs out.

Here a 5 mental hacks that will help you gas up your mental car and take off on the road to success.

1) Make a Plan and stay dedicated to it - be extremely specific the more details the better.

2) Finish the easiest parts first - As you complete the easy task you get a momentum of success going and your brain will start being hooked to that great feeling and crave more and more.

3)Don't expect perfection - Nothing nor no one is perfect. focus on the action of getting the task complete not how well you do them. Not saying half ass do them but do them to the best of your capabilities.

4)Think about the benefits - When you feel unmotivated visualize what the end results of all your hard work will get you. Write down the benefits of completing your work and how it will improve your life.

5) Relax and Just do it - Stop thinking and over thinking about what needs to be done and how you're going to do it. Just do it! Right now stop reading this and go do some productive!
