Tackling SEO in the Fitness Niche

I've finally decided to tackle SEO as part of my marketing campaign.
I am using the Wordpress SEO by Yoast plugin. It makes things very simple. It's a matter of following their guide.
Today, I wrote my first SEO article: http://www.fitnessqi.com/best-compou...list-to-follow
The target keyword has very little competition and can potentially bring me 100 unique visitors per month if I am ranked #1 for it. Hopefully, I can accomplish that within a month.
