I have always tried to provide the best customer service that I can, even for the free software I provide, but it seems other members of the warrior forum just can’t provide the same.
I won’t mention any names but after trying out a members ranking service I was very disappointed, I wanted to see if they were able to rank a new blog in a fairly competitive niche for a very low comp keyword.
After 7 months I find the site they were given to rank was barely even registering in the serps, I gave them the benefit of doubt and left them running there service for several months and still nothing.
In the mean time I ranked another blog for the same keyword using my own in house software and techniques to make sure this wasn’t a freak keyword, and after a short period of time the new blog made its way up the rankings and is comfortably in a good position pulling some good buying traffic.
After telling them of my disappointment they politely told me to go away, I was shocked at their poor customer services and there blatant rudeness, I feel sorry for anybody spending good money with them.
I hope none of my customer’s paid or unpaid ever feels they have been treated like I have been today.
