Do you purchase private label rights videos?

If so, why?

Do you buy them for a quick return on your expense - or do you buy them in order to create an entirely new product? Like most any other PLR product, PLR videos can simply be an ingredient to what can become your own brand new product creation.

When I have asked this question before, most of the replies are about how difficult it is to re-purpose videos.
