Yeah I'm a big Seahawks fan and now that they're on their way to the superbowl I think it's time to talk about being "in the zone".

To me being "in the zone" is a state of productivity I get into where it's almost happening on a subconscious level and my conscious mind becomes the medium for my body to perform at an optimal level.
