Standing out in a crowded market place

The rapid development of the internet has meant a number of things, for one if you are willing to do a little bit of work, whilst being creative in how you do that work, you can be successful. If you are an internet marketer, it is increasingly difficult to stand out from the crowd, due to the number of marketers out there in the world.
There is quite a bit of competition, both online AND offline and people are bombarded from every direction by people and companies trying to grab their attention. Just because there is a crazy level of competition, is no reason to give up, I believe that the completion can be to your advantage.
You can use competition to your advantage because due to the sheer number of offers out there you can separate yourself from the pack, by developing your own unique selling point (USP). This way the products and services you put out feel more personal and people will connect more with you and your business.
Take Sales for example, there are numerous sales companies the world over, but focus on door to door sales for a second, nobody likes to have a knock on their door, only for them to open and lo and behold there is a sales man standing there.
My point here is NOONE and I mean NOONE like a sales man, but if you can imagine grabbing some ones attentions from the minute they open their door and make them feel involved in the process
Once you are noticed, you have to grip on tightly, stay interesting, informative, and entertaining. If you lose that grip that you have on them even for a second, people will move along with little hesitation.
In summary, to stand out when you begin internet marketing, you should look to be:
Be Personal
Be Unique
Be Convenient
When you start out, It may seem like such a daunting task, to generate the attention you will need in such a competitive market place. If you stay focused on improving the efficiency of your methods, and being honest and entertaining and people will find you compelling, and ultimately flock to you.
