I was strolling across the web and this question continued to arise over and over. The funny thing was, it’s a question that continues to arise in my audience as well.

This told me I must come out with a good answer for you and that is what is article is all about. Read on, only if you’d like to see how to recruit more reps into your team!

I was having a conversation with a team member this morning and told him the best way to recruit more people into his team.

I’ll let you in our conversion.

1. Gain interest from your prospect before proceeding.
2. Tell a story about your experience or of other people you know (or saw on a testimonial video).
3. Back your story up with real factual or testimonial evidence.
4. Conclude with a call to action to get started or to try the product.

Those are the exact steps you must follow to be successful. I’d like to preface these steps with how network marketing is built.

If you’re going to create a huge network of people consuming the product (this is how we get paid), you shouldn’t be talking about the opportunity all the time.

And if you do, back it up with the product. Meaning, if I am talking about a network marketing company, you will have to be in love with the product in order for you to join my team.

Why am I so critical?

It’s simple. If people join my team who don’t like the product and just want to make more money, the chances they will not make money in the first 2 months are high. In fact, they are about 98% because most people just don’t do what you say.

Therefore, 98% will also quit after a month or 2. This is the reason for the high turnover in network marketing.

Quite the contrary, if you make sure someone loves your products or at least wants to be a “product of the product”, then even if they don’t make money, they continue buying the product.

This guarantee’s you will have thousands on your team taking the product. This means you’ll develop a monster residual income over time and people won’t drop off nearly as fast because they love the product.

Making money becomes secondary.
How does this work exactly?

It’s actually pretty simple. The first step is simply to gain interest by talking about your product or asking a question. If you don’t gain interest of your prospect, don’t proceed.

Then, you tell a story. This is why it’s so dang hard if you’re not a product of the product. You need to love your product!

Then I back it with factual or testimonial data and finally, ask for the sale.

It’s not that difficult, I promise. If you have questions about any of the steps listed, ask me a question below.
