This is the concluding part of my 3-part series on the 7 Realities of Network Marketing that everyone involved with MLM must deal with. I hope you have had the opportunity to read the first 2 parts

Here are 3 other realities of the network marketing business
REALTY #5: YOU MUST GET IN, PLUG IN, AND STAY IN TO YOUR MLM COMMUNITY!
To be a successful Network Marketer, you must plug into the community of other Network Marketers.
Nobody ever made it big in Network Marketing doing the lone ranger stuff. When someone becomes a lawyer, he joins a Bar Association. A Doctor plugs into the medical community. Religious people find a RELIGIOUS COMMUNITY of their faith to join and fellowship. A Teacher PLUGS into the Teachers Association.
So a Network Marketer MUST PLUG into the community of other network marketers of the same or similar product if they want to accelerate their growth. This is NOT an option for those looking for success in this business.
First, you must join several social networking groups of Network Marketing Leaders in your company or in your company’s niche in social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, My Space, Beebo etc.
These social groups have reduced the cost of networking drastically. All you need now is log into the computer and you are in a room with thousands of people just like you. You can share your joys, your frustrations, your failure and your triumphs.
YOUR SUCCESS AS A NETWORK MARKETER DEPENDS ON IT!
When you are plugged in, you get access to incredible knowledge for free. You get a community of people who will bend backwards to validate and encourage you. You will have brothers and sisters who just want to encourage you, even when really what you need is a kick in your behind to stop whining and go hustle.
The reality is that if you do not get plugged in with different network marketing groups, you are likely to get discouraged faster, and your business will wither and die, without the collective positive energy you can get from plugging in into your MLM Community.
REALITY #6: YOU MUST BE DISCIPLINED AND FOCUSED ON YOUR MLM BUSINESS
If you are just joining the Network Marketing Industry, you are probably very excited about your product, the business and the awesome opportunity to make good money working part time, and rightly so.
However, one of the first things that you are likely to experience is a slew of new business opportunities, some promising even more income than you primary MLM, coming your way within weeks of plugging into the system. Many offers will come from different emails, from people you will meet in chat rooms, and even from some of your other MLM colleagues. If you are not very experienced as a Network Marketer, this has the potential of taking you away from your primary business. It will make you lose the laser focus you need to experience financial breakthrough in this business.
YOU HAVE TO BE RESOLUTE ABOUT FOCUSING ON YOUR MLM BUSINESS FOR A FEW MONTHS BEFORE YOU EVEN LOOK AT ANY OTHER BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY.
The reality is that the grass is NEVER greener on the other side in the Network Marketing world, no matter how revolutionary they tell you the comp plan is. As a newbie, you can get swamped and get lost very easily.
You need to focus attention, energy and resources on your new business for the first few months after starting your MLM business, before it can take root and grow. You must not look to the right or to the left until you have started making some profits in the business, otherwise all your efforts and investment will be wasted.
REALITY #7: NOTHING WILL HAPPEN UNTIL YOU MASSIVE TAKE ACTION
As obvious as this may sound, it is a fact that many people simply DO NOT TAKE ACTION. Many do a lot of talking but few actually end up taking any action.
Many will take time to listen to all the messages.
Many attend trainings and hook up to different webinars.
Many take receipt of their shipment and admire it with their families.
Yet, somehow, they still end up not taking any action whatsoever.
It is not unusual to find some network marketers who go on receiving their auto-ships every month, for months without doing anything about it. They don’t use it. They don’t sell it. They don’t show it to anybody. They just store it in their garage, their kitchen, their wardrobes, or perhaps under their bed somewhere.
Then in their 3rd or 4th month or so, they wake up and start complaining to everybody that the business is not working. They will tell anyone that cared to listen how they were in the business for 6 months and didn’t make any reasonable check. They will say with incredible certainty that they knew for sure, from practical experience that network marketing is not working. Then they will go on the internet to write rubbish about the business owners as scam artistes.
Many reasons have been given for this perplexing response from a large percentage of Network Marketers (i.e. Fear of failure, Indecision, Fear of rejection, Stupidity, Procrastination etc.). However I really do not care to even go into any psycho-analysis of the reasons why this is so.
THE REALITY YOU NEED TO EMBRACE IS: WHATEVER YOUR EXCUSE MAY BE, NOTHING WILL HAPPEN UNTIL YOU TAKE ACTION. YES, I WILL SAY IT, YOU WILL SURELY FAIL UNLESS YOU TAKE ACTION TO PROMOTE AND MARKET YOUR BUSINESS!
After listening to the tapes, going on webinars, and reading this marketing plan (for sure some will still NOT take action after reading this book!), your checks are still NOT going to appear in the mail until you start taking MASSIVE ACTION.
You have to start taking action on some of the following stuff TODAY:
•Take action To familiarize yourself with your websites
•Take Action To prepare the next steps as detailed in this book
•Take Action To BLAST OFF YOU BUSINESS as detailed in this book
•Take To get a Plan together as described in this book
•Take Action to act on what you have read
Until you take action, NOTHING is the only thing that will keep happening to you and your business. And that also, will be all on YOU!
THAT’S THE REALITY OF WHAT TO EXPECT, AND NO AMOUNT OF LOOKING AT THE COMPENSATION PLAN OR CHECKING YOUR MAIL BOX FOR CHECKS YOU DIDN’T WORK FOR, WILL CHANGE THAT!
