Jack Duncan recently released an application which mines Google Trends that unfortunately sold out quickly. Looking over some of his earlier material, I found this nice gem for searching Amazon wish lists:
This is a nice way to finding out the hot products in your niche.

1.Find bestsellers in amazon in a price range.
In google, query
"bestsellers in" Electronics "price: $400..1200" site:amazon.com
2.To retrieve everything in Amazon's database, just search for '*'. Then you can drill down by category, sort by user reviews, best selling. The point is that when you do that, you are sorting everything amazon has in their database for that category.
