OK if you read my last blog you'll remember the first key finding I made about people was this:
Everyone Seeks Happiness
In Their Lives

I got a lot of emails from people telling me that as they went through the day they started questioning themselves on each task.

Trying to find out why they waste time instead of take action. Why they sit around all day wishing for more money instead of doing something about it.

But I had an equal amount of people ask why some people seem so unhappy in life but content to stay there.

One person asked me about a friend who was always on the "outs" with other friends, family, and coworkers.

That is going to be the focus of today's blog and the second point of Happiness in Sales:
Happiness is relative to each person

Every person has a different set of values in their life and look to obtain happiness different ways.

For me happiness might be an hour of quiet to read a book while for you it might be an hour of rock music blasting at ear bursting levels.

Every person chooses what they want in life. If they want to be happy or not is simply a choice they make.

And for some people being unhappy makes them happy (confused yet).

Seriously, have you ever met someone or known someone that was just "attracted to drama" as my soon to be wife would say.

What about someone who started a diet, lost a bunch of weight, and then put it all back on?

I've known both. To you and me we wonder "why would they be like that - how could they live their life like that?"

That's because to us that type of lifestyle doesn't bring us happiness. But for those people it does.

Maybe they didn't get enough attention as a child so they act out now? Who really knows?

The important thing to remember is that happiness is relative to the person and that there is no one single thing that would bring happiness to everyone.

The third and most important part is coming up tomorrow. See you then!
