Kindling the inner fire to take that next step: Motivation

In order for a leader to be able to motivate his team, he needs to be motivated himself. People will see that the leader epitomizes motivation. When you are near him, his behavior and the way he makes decisions and takes action always inspires you. It always makes you feel better and empowered each time you have a chat with that person.
Meet Dave and Dave and get motivated
Well, in this virtual world, you do not always meet people. You can be communicating with individuals or groups of people without having even met once. Does that mean that a relationship does not exist? For my part, I can say that since I subscribed to Empower Network, I was not too sure what I was getting into. What I wanted was, to take control of my destiny once again. And, this time, live my life on my own terms.

I have not met Dave and Dave. I mean not yet. I am still considering whether I can and should go to Chicago. One thing I know though is that they stand behind what they say. It is true that there is technology that makes lives easy for mass broadcast, etc. However, the support is there. The presence is there. The encouragement emails keep coming to keep you motivated, to keep you going.
Find motivation
Dave and Dave, one day, they hit the abyss! They have used this as the ultimate challenge and have risen from their misfortune. Even though they have become millionaires, they make it a point to remember and use their personal stories to inspire people. They talk and talk and do not give up until they succeed to touch that sensitive cord that makes you stir and gets you to start thinking enough is enough. I have to stop pitying myself. I do not have control over the actions of other people. But, I certainly have control on how I react to other people's actions. And, I certainly have control on my actions.
Motivation to shape your future
So, I take my future in my own hands. Nothing comes without risks. But if you don't try and you don't take risks, you will never know how better tomorrow could be. If you do not succeed, pick up you pieces and move on! Remain motivated and persevere! Look at Dave and Dave and where they are today. And they are extending their hands and reaching out to teach you and me through their training programs on how to become successful.
