Got some good responses to my post what is a good budget to start out with

I got several responses to my blog about starting an IM business and the main theme was that I was correct and I don't need much money to start out the business. The highest total was from Big Money who thought $500 with $200-$300 a month but I could make a couple of thousand a month if I dedicated 50 hours per week to doing it with in a few months.
I ran these past my brother, Paul, and he was excited by that figure and now that he has his new laptop, he has been going on line and watching the videos and reading stuff about IM but not on the Warrior Forum yet. He is currently watching Pat Flynn's videos.
I found a great idea we can use on using the Offline Marketing forum--I went there at the suggestion of another IMer--and Martin Buckley's Pizza Card Profit system. Since my brother has been delivering pizzas locally for years he knows many of the owners and I think we can leverage that into the Martin's system. I also found it for only $9.45 and am trying to convince my brother to let me buy it.
I'm off now to do more research on the three to five niches we want to sell from.
