We launched about a week or so ago. We would like more folks to hit the down load section of the page and actually fill out the form. I would like some feedback on the website in general. Is the call to action clear enough? What improvement can be made?

Please correct me if I am wrong here. you have 1 product correct? The text on the home page belongs on a "About Us" page, with the exception of maybe 1 line.

Your prospects are confused. It took me more than 30 seconds of searching to figure out what the product even is and what it does. The jargon and excessive use of "big" words is off putting.

Get your company info out of the home page. That belongs in the about page.

Solutions is spelled wrong (Home Page).

"Need a way to test your mobile hybrid app on multiple mobile devices without having to buy the actual device? Check out MVTester." This is the only useful information on the home page. This needs to be converted into a headline. With brief explanation of what it is under it -- and then link to the product page that has more information.

There's a lot more. But I'm not going to go through it all. You should probably hire someone if you want to get better results.
