Best way to build a lead capture page?

Hello Everyone,
I want to build a lead capture page. I've a wordpress site where i want to host that page, So is there any plugin for it, Or any other way, plz tell.

Need a bit more info I think, rkp2014. Are you looking for recommendations for a WordPress plugin, or do you want tips for data capture?

Yha, i want a free plugin through which i can make capture page and can integrate it with My autoresponder.

just create a blank template in wordpress. open up the full width page template ( on the server side ). remove the header footer and side bar details and leave the main body section, then save it as "lead capture" or whatever.. and then you can create whatever page you want.

I'd like to know what are some of the difference with a wordpress
theme to use to create a landing/squeeze page vr's using a wordpress
plugin to do it.

What do you use and why do you use it the way you do. Also, why don't
you do it the other way? Or do you use both?

I mean, could you use a wordpress theme that is specifically designed
to build a wordpress landing/squeeze page WITH a wordpress plugin
that ALSO builds landing/squeeze pages?

Well any help on this topic would be very very useful as I am about
to begin doing this. I have hosting and a url and am about to get
an auto-responder going this week.

Rather than using plugin,you should make custom wordpress landing page to capture lead or you can hire wordpress expert to do that for you.

Also, you can implement an exit popup on your site to convert the visitors who are trying to leave your site for some reason. There are also some wp plugins available, might be worth a shot!
