how do YOU make squeeze / sales / landing pages?

is there a good plugin or theme for making squeeze / sales / landing / optin pages?

i want to build one to gather leads for the mortgage loan industry. i was thinking of doing the general "sign up and get a free guide" thing.

i have a theme now but i'm not happy with the way it looks. like how do you make those cool buttons you always see on squeeze pages and in WSOs?

how do you make a giant arrow that points right at your email optin box?

is there a tried and true template i should follow?

There a lot of services for Optin and LPs, also WP plugins.
Myself, I like to build them in HTML5

you can pay for an optin page plugin, or you can make a "blank" page template with the theme you have. It really is not that hard to do. What theme are you using I may have one already for you.

in regards to cool buttons... google "Buttons" and see what appears, and the same with "Arrows"

I use OptimizePress and Instabuilder.
Both are OK and I still haven't figured out which is better.

thanks!! i did find some cool buttons that way. i thought people used plugins / themes to create those buttons.

i haven't picked a theme yet, i can use whatever theme works, what kind of plugin do you have?

that instabuilder looks AWESOME! it's Closed now, while they're making a new version or something.

idk about that optmize press -- do you like it?

i installed that plugin, man it's pretty intense ---

it looks awesome but man it takes so long to set these things up!

there's got to be a better/easier way!

It appears that with this option you'll have to buy an extension to integrate the landing page with your favorite autoresponder.

Well, that's only half true. That should read "with that option you _can_ buy an extension".

Integrating some external service or the other is not overly complicated, you could always do it yourself if you are on a budget. Or have someone do it. Or just get what they offer.

To be honest I have been paying the service for Unbounce and LeadPages. both are great they have a list of templates that are the high converting templates so that helps a lot.

If you have budget and fits your requirement like leadpages, optimziepress. Then you can get them, this alone can save time on the server part, development.

You can fully focus on funnel or Conversion rates!

I did used couple of them and setup the landing pages in minutes instead of hours.
