I cannot tell if you are trying to spam this forum or you genuinely need help. With that said here is my opinion about your page.

When I first arrive I have to sign up to your email list. That is wack. I want to know what it is I am getting when I sign up and preferably I want to read your page and see the offer before I decide to even give you my details.

From what I can tell about your landing page it is also wack per the design.

Sorry to be so blunt but that is my professional opinion.
