I could show you case study after case study about the ineffectiveness of sliders. I could also show you studies that indicate that sliders CAN work. I can also so show you studies ( my own ) that suggest that slider #1 is the most effective. BUT, there is no sense in doing that at all in this case.

Here is the deal. 50% of your above the fold material is a slider. One in which has not a single CTA. In fact above the fold you have no CTA at all period. - in this case in terms of CRO your slider has a ZERO value. as in take it away and studies indicate you could see a 25% gain. but even with this... there still would be no CTA above the fold, and your conversion rate would probably remain the same

Look at purechat.com, tawk.com, clickdesk.com, cometchat.com ALL of these are distributing the same service. ALL of them have a CTA above the fold.

No where on your site did I see what platforms your service is compatible with. If you are not telling me that it will work with Wordpress or Joomla or what ever... Im moving on. clickdesk.com is the only one I saw that answered those questions with their "integrations and plugins" menu item. even still, not a directly communicated "Compatibility" sheet.

Put yourself in my shoes.. the guy that would use your product. what am I looking for? Pricing is obviously a consideration. but the PRIMARY consideration is compatibility with the design platform I have used to build my site. As in I would type something like "Wordpress live chat" or "Joomla live chat" into the search engines right?

Lets look at your homepage a bit closer for a moment. if you think for a moment where you finally do have a CTA.. where is it? on the bottom.. and its right next to what? Your company Profile video... I hate to be rough like this but I could care less about your company! More importantly which is more important.. selling the product, or me learning about your company?

If I have trust issues... yes the availability of that type of content is great... but to place those side by side? which is easier to commit to? watching a video or getting started? placing those to CTA's that close together is creating friction to your sign up! And honestly.. there is no reason those 2 should even be close to one another.

The other thing I noticed. you have 3 levels of service.. and visible no pricing. The pricing has to be there ( at least somewhere ). why would I get into something if I didn't know what I was getting in to.

your site also has an identity issue. are you "liveadmins" or are you WG? If you go to say... Ford Motor Companies website.. every page says ford. doesn't matter if you are on a car page or a truck page or whatever. You are "LiveAdmins" correct? and your product is WG? Inconsistant branding and messaging will play a part in lower conversions to some point.

Hope that Helps!

Increasing your conversion rates is absolutely crucial. Having a good conversion rate is the foundation of high sales volume.

Here are the 10 points below which are helpful for your website:

1: Eliminate links that don’t serve a specific purpose from your landing pages. Make the objective clear and obvious to avoid distracting the customer.

2: Consider adding a Live Chat option that is staffed during normal business hours. You may attract customers who wouldn’t ordinarily take the time to contact you.

3: Always experiment and test options such as colors, placement of items, product image size and forms. You should never run out of things to tweak.

4: Create “personas” of your target audience members, based on your understanding of actual visitors. This lets you visualize the checkout process through their eyes.

5: Does your headline include some reference as to where the visitor clicked from previously? Tie in your landing page with your ad or the user’s search for seamless engagement.

6: Customers really do read your terms of service and privacy policy. How can you simplify the legalese and reassure them while protecting yourself?

7: Put the most important information “above the fold” on your website. Make sure your visitor’s eyes are directed to exactly what you want them to see – without the clutter.

8: Place your call to action up front – ideally above the fold and so that it stands out among any other buttons on your page.

9: Use whitespace effectively in your design so that it draws the eye in toward the call to action. Empty space doesn’t have to be filled.

10: Put the most important information you want visitors to read at the top and bottom of your page. People read those first, and typically only skim the middle.

Conversion rate directly depends on the exact requirement for which a visitor has arrived in your website. Say some one looking out for inpremise software lands in a page of services, then definitely the conversion is not going to happen. Now In order to gain a good hold of conversion, optimize the website with perfect keywords that work out.
