Landing Page - Draft

Hi guys,

hope you are all fine. Recently, we have launched the platform WINYD - Win Your Dream. Now we are digging deeper into online marketing and are trying to increase conversation and sales.

For this purpose I have created a first draft for a landing page. Would be great if you could give some feedback to improve the page. It might be too much content, but just to start..

Thank you!

I think you could consider a squeeze pager up-front. That way you'll have plenty of chances to re-market and teach people about WINYD. Then after opting in, they'll come to this page and personally... I think a video would be ideal here. Sell the vision.

Remove the personal data in registration. If they do become a winner, then you can request that information later on.

There's also HUGE spacing under your winners profile. That needs to be sorted.

Thanks Shaolinsteve, I will minimize the space under the winner profiles. The personal data in the sign up form optional, you are not forced to fill it out.

I will check regarding squeeze page and intro video.

Other opinions regarding the landing page?

1 quick tip that might help you out:

I just quickly looked at the page, and the biggest problem I see is that I have no idea what product/service you are offering. It seems confusing to me.

If you can't hook people in the first 3 seconds or so, they will bounce.

I'd suggest a more descriptive headline to start with at a minimum.

Thanks you are right, it should immediately be clear what to do. Tried to improve it:

This header isn't great:

Win Prizes with Skill Game - enter now!
1. Choose Prize to win 2. Place Ball in the Picture 3. Win Competiton
>> win £10,000 cash <<

Your headline needs to get them to read the next bit......The above wont do that because there is no curiosity there and really no reason for them to carry on down the page...

I havent really put any effort in but you would be better off with something like

How to Get a FREE TV
Win a Samsung blah blah blah by using your skill

Then they would need to read the rest to find out how, by which time they are already half way to your paypal button.

I would also remove these:

Certified competition jury
Approved competition

When i read it I started to doubt that it was genuine because you feel the need to qualify yourself....If you need to put that info in you could put it in small print at the bottom...

Just my opinion though really....Like i said its just off the top of my head but if you put a bit more thought into it...
