I migrating my website from http to https but how can I change my analytics& webmaster tracking URLS.

how to change URL to Https from within Google Webmaster Tools & analytics .?

You will need to verify https://domain.com and https://www.domain.com in Google webmaster tools. You should just be able to change it in your GA account too, but I don't think you need to.
