New site Need Help

I'm starting this new website that is based on careers. Right now it is still in the works, but I need outside opinions and recommendations. I'm trying to build my site around my CPA offer which is a zip submit.

Need some outside opinions and recommendations: http://www.questionstoaskaninterviewer.com. Please feel free to crawl through my website and test it out.

NOTE: I haven't sent my articles and pages to my editor yet. I'm still in the layout phase.

Forget CRO for a moment and lets look at this from the prospective of just selling stuff. putting a banner ad on the side bar is a move in the right direction, but am I suppose to click it? is it just there to be there? youhave to ask before you receive. youhave to some how convey "Click me" with banner ads.

But to be honest I would not stop there. why isnt the offer at the bottom of each and every article? well maybe not every one but dang near... that is how you sell stuff. you get it seen by as many people as you can. people may be blind to the side bar... so you have to interject the offer else where.

As an example if I am after an optin... I will have the opportunity to optin on the top of the page in the side bar in the text at the bottom of the text AND might even pull an exit intent. that is displaying my intended action 5 times over. each and every one of these has a clear Call to action.. and you are praying a banner with no call to action what so ever is going to make you money.

A proper sales page must have an opt in option. If the form is not displayed properly, it will not be effective.

I've integrated my offer via Iframe on my page. Should I post a call to action banner just above it? Or maybe below it? It's not cross posted on all my pages, but I can easily code that into my theme.

just my 2cents. i think the site is very intrusive. I mean when i first opened i got the voice immediately before even looking at the contents. And when i clicked the home button the pop-up doesn't even give me the chance to say no. Or that's your strategy of getting as many sign-ups as possible? If I'm the visitor i'll be annoyed honestly.
