Hi, just wanted to get some of your opinion on how to increase conversion rate. I have a pretty good looking lead capture page that's converting between 2%-3%. Still very low for what I'm aiming for. I am getting 2 (sometimes 3) opt ins for every 100 new visitor clicks. Problem is I don't have enough traffic. All my traffic are coming from Facebook groups. I wanted to test solo ads but am low on budget for this week. If somebody would like to opt into my list and give me your opinion that would be greatly appreciate.

The second step is to get the lander to match in effect the Bait. I have run pages that was literally a headline an image and an opt-in, and I have run them that have headline, benefits and opt-in, and some that are a bit more involved. This will have to be tested to see which is most effective for the audience you are targeting. In all of the ads and bait to Lander set-ups I have run in my life.. never not once have I ever got it right the first try let alone the 3 or 4th. Get the traffic conversion working in your favor first, THEN move over to the lander conversion and get that working. trying to optimize both gets statistically confusing! LOL

The following tips will help you to increase your CR. Before you can optimize, you need to understand two things. Firstly, optimization is about getting more of the right kind of customers. Getting more leads doesn't do you any good if the people you're acquiring aren’t the right audience. You need to focus on optimizing as a way to find more customers who will love your product and help you grow by spreading the word. Secondly, you have to understand the fundamentals: how does your product serve your users that they can't live without? What's the main thing they come to do at your site? Once you know what they're coming for, you can optimize around getting your site visitors to their must-have experience as quickly as possible. Checklist to Getting Started With Conversion Rate Optimization 1. Does it have a clear call to action on every page? 2. Do you have Google Analytics JavaScript code installed on every page? 3. Is the Contact number visible on every page? 4. Is it possible to compress the number of checkout steps? 5. How many reviews/ customer testimonials are on every product page? 6. Is there any “live chat” feature available for visitors with customer service in real-time? 7. Do you have a form for a “soft conversion” on every page? 8. Are the goals configured to analyze the checkout funnel in Google Analytics? 9. Do you have Adwords traffic segmented in Google Analytics for PPC? 10. Do you have IP Address filters configured to segregate internal traffic to the website? Get started from the basics. Improving the conversion rate of your website is one of the easiest things you can do to boost incremental sales. |

Good testing software can help you determine why customers are leaving the page.

I have changed my squeeze page many times already. I don't know if it's my headline or the way I posted my ads on Facebook. Maybe my ads aren't congruent enough with my headline to my squeeze page. If you go to my profile, I have a link in my sig you can check it out and give me your opinion.

I don't know if that comes from me signing up multiple accounts testing my own squeeze page or not, because I did do lots of testing and exiting my page back and forth. Not sure if google analytics count same visitor clicks more than once, though. And I have not configure the goals. Maybe I should. Thanks for the advice.

So I changed my headline and I am getting more opt in! No sales yet. So now I think the problem is with the emails. I am revamping it to make it better. I am thinking about making 2-3 videos and link it through the emails to build trust. Any other recommendations?
