Any suggestions on my home page in terms of CRO please?

Here is my site

I know I need a UVP, and something for people to download, act on, give them direction.
I am just registering with got response e-mail marketing service, will set up a free audio crash course or a free 10 page report to get them into my funnel.

I want them to buy my products
especially register for a live in field training program with me or one of our global trainers

Any suggestions on the home page?

Thanks

Here is my site

I would put your website a 5 out of 10.

Website design overall is okay but on the top it's really bad. Get yourself a nicer logo and put it where it is expected to be. You need to rework your header and get rid of the ad since it's a big distractor.
Ads are for content sites, not company sites that sell their own merch
Could you work on the name? The double a doesn't look right
That text below the site's name "the top experts..." I'd put a "watch" at the beginning with a button to click and a nice image of a lady. All of that as a big feature box, replacing your carousel. That carousel steals space for nothing.
That button redirecting to an opt-in page or some relevant and engaging content.
Get rid of almost all of your menu, use only 4 elements with at most one sub-menu (with a main category page) in any of them.

Your main site overall attempts to get a lot done and it's overwhelming. It needs a lot of simplification.
In one hand it appears you want to have a one page website but in the other it is not.
There's so much more to be said but I believe this is enough to get you going.

As an advise, draw your website on paper, overall organized and intuitive sections with just enough content to get your visitor going to the next step.

I see you're using an e-commerce theme (WooCommerce). Since your website is content-based I highly suggest you install a theme like Thesis.

Another problem I see is the positioning of your optin from. You need to have it on your right-hand sidebar above the fold so your visitors don't have to scroll down to find it.

Hope this helps...
