Am I Asking for Too Much?

Hi warriors,

Can anyone recommend any open source multi variate testing software?

Or should I expect to pay for this?

Thanks for your time.

There's some open source software out there, but iirc it's all just A/B testing.

Optimizely has a starter plan that's free, but with some limitations. They also have a semi-decent API to customize their stuff with a developer version or what have you. Our developers didn't like it, but maybe they are spoiled.

You'll end up growing out of Optimizely (if you're running a 'real' business). Any good MV testing tools you'll have to either pay for up front or have it at a monthly basis.

I recommend VWO, but you have to have some sales volume to account for it.

Hi Cypher,

Thanks so much for replying.

Any particular open source A/B testing software you prefer?

Hi tm6464 - I found this open source split tester and it seems to be pretty powerful but it is written in python so it may be hard to install - https://github.com/gregdingle/genetify

Here's a quick features overview of the code: https://github.com/gregdingle/geneti...mpare-with-GWO
