Need some advice, Need more conversions
 

Hi all!

Our website is selling investment accounts, like savings accounts but with a bigger interest rate (to keep it simple). As for now, we have 13 investment accounts. We are targeting the financial market. Personal finance, investing and a few sub markets.
We're 2 months online and we were hoping for better results.

I, the admin, have experience in IM and still doing some IM just for fun. But I don't know exactly why the conversions are so low in our business.

Does anyone have any advise that could improve our website and get more investments?

I don't think the problem is your website.. At all.

I love the site and it looks great and the information is even better!

Keep it the exact same!

What I think your problem might be is the relationship with your visitors..

Now you're business focuses on handling people's money! That's a BIG deal!

Do you have an email list? I feel that's crucial for you! They need to trust you! So I'd create a squeeze page and create a free product for them to get their hands on when they signup.

Something like... "3 Reasons Why Saving Accounts Steal Your Long-Term Wealth" eBook or something to that sort.

When they opt-in send them quality and valuable emails on tips and benefits of compound interest and just overall valuable information about your topic of investments and wealth.

Then create Facebook and Twitter pages once you built that list and have a great relationship with a bunch of subscribers and promote your Facebook & Twitter pages to them (NOT your investment accounts!).

This will make them see there are other people using you and lower their scam meter even more then what it is.. You want to build a community!

Then while you're growing your list and pumping out valuable emails everyday and managing your Facebook & Twitter profiles.

Send them more valuable information send them 1 email, kind of promoting yourself, but that still has valuable insights.

And send another email the next day of a HARDCORE sell and state why you're the best and what benefits they have investing with you & tell them to open an account today or this week and maybe have a special offer (not necessary, but may increase conversions quite a bit)

And see how that works. Create just a Wordpress squeeze page and drive high quality traffic to it through solo ads & forum marketing.

And create a popup menu after you've been on your website for so long that comes up promoting the free eBook, or something to that sort. Make it stand-out!

Your Call to Action should be for people to Opt-in and give you there email address so they can get to know you better before they hand over their money to you.
