Unusually High oCPC on FB Ads?
 

I've been testing out FB advertising for this particular design [http://pingocanvas.myshopify.com/pro...kies-and-hugs]. I've targeted US/female/45-64, and added a couple of grandmother groups in the Interests category. I'm displaying only on the desktop news feed, and my total audience is 260k.

My current CPC is $3.42 with a reach of 750, which is ridiculously high, since I've read that FB ads should take $20 to test at most. What am I doing incorrectly?
